So we only stayed here for one night but it was worth it! This was the very last day of our trip to Asia and we decided to treat ourselves.
This hotel is insanely expensive.. Whether you are travelling with or without a budget; I recommend it to anyone. The pool and view is worth the money. For those who are wondering whether or not you can buy a pool pass – You can’t. Only guests of the hotel are allowed to go up on the pool/restaurant level. They’re very strict too, you need a key card per person to get into the area.
The only downside is that it is a popular resort therefore there are a lot of people at the pool, day and night. There’s a section for adults only but it’s directly beside the section for families so it’s not quiet at all. I think there are three different pool areas for the three different towers. We weren’t able to figure out how to get to the other pools so I’m guessing you need to be a guest of that specific tower to enter. Actually, if you’re there, try to go up the elevator in the other towers to see if you can access those pools – just realised we haven’t tried that!
Be prepared to spend some money if you choose to stay on the resort all day. The restaurants and shops are expensive. It’s convenient however because everything you can possibly need is in the hotel.
Directly behind the hotel is the beautiful Gardens by the Bay. It is overwhelming architecture that’s for sure. When we got there, we were just catching the end of the light and music show. I’m assuming it’s every hour because we were there for just under an hour and we didn’t get to see it again (it started pouring so we ran to our rooms lol).
I didn’t get to see any of Singapore beyond this hotel so if you have any recommendations please feel free to comment down below! 🙂
